SENA

SENA is the Dutch collecting society dedicated to neighboring rights. It represents the interests of both performers and producers (record labels). SENA collects remuneration when their recorded music is played in public places, such as cafes, shops, and on broadcast media. It then distributes these royalties, splitting them 50/50 between the performers on the recording and the master rights holders, ensuring all parties behind the sound recording are paid for their work.
