PPCA (Phonographic Performance Company of Australia)

The PPCA is the Australian neighboring rights collecting society. It grants licenses for the broadcast and public performance of protected sound recordings and music videos. PPCA collects license fees on behalf of record companies and registered Australian recording artists, distributing royalties to them for their creative and financial contributions. It works alongside APRA AMCOS to ensure all rights holders in a recording are compensated.
